I founded Entrepreneur Partners after more than 25 years building Attraction Tickets Ltd from £20,000 of initial capital into a £250m travel business.

In 2025, I sold 100% of my shares to an Employee Ownership Trust in a deal that valued the company at £50m. It was the largest employee ownership transaction the UK travel industry had seen and ensured the business could remain independent while allowing the people who helped build it to share in its future success.

Over the years, I saw no shortage of investment capital, although we never raised any beyond my initial £20,000. What I saw far less often were investors who had actually built, scaled and operated businesses themselves.

Entrepreneur Partners is being built around that idea: combining investment capital with access to people who have genuine, practical experience in the areas where founders need help. The capital is entrepreneurial too — invested by people who understand the highs, the setbacks and the difficult decisions that come with building a business.
